Danny's Plumbing

I called Danny to see if he was able to come out and look at the issue we have and he was unavailable. Danny was super helpful and gave me some phone numbers to call, a guesstimate on pricing along with what the process would be. I appreciate how honest Danny was and how helpful! I definitely recommend reaching out to him!

I needed to have my PRV valve replaced and called a few of my friends to see if they had any recommendations. Several recommended Danny so I called him up to see if he could do it. He came out the next day and said that he could do it but he was backed up and it might be a few days. Well, after a week went by I had not heard from him, I gave up (my neighbor had the same experience calling Danny in that he never called them back). I ended up calling Pipe Wrench Plumbing and they came out the next day and replaced it and I was very happy with their service. My guess is that Danny might have been cheaper but I'm willing to pay a bit more for professional service.

Let me preface by saying it is not easy to find a good plumber. That said, Danny is not just a good plumber, but a great one. There were a few reasons why I rated 5 stars. 1) The customer service and communication was better than expected. Quick and to the point, but neither salesy or short/rude. 2) He was very prompt and accommodating for time. 3) Danny arrived, quickly corrected the issue, collected payment and was on his way. 4) The service was very reasonably priced (much better than some of the local competitors). Would I recommend Danny to a friend or family member? Yes. Will I be contacting Danny for any plumbing I need in the future? Also yes.

Danny was prompt prepared and Professional. He answered all my concerns and questions. He accomplished the task of replacing two shut of valves to toilets' and replace tank guts of one of the two. I highly recommend if you need his services book early!

All of the comments you see posted here are true, because you never know what you’re going to get with this man. You either get 1) the man of simple words who is timely and just wants to get the job done and is great at communicating while offering a fair price. OR 2) the rude guy who hangs up and only lives in his own world while treating everybody like they are beneath him.

Danny came to our house within a few hours of the call. He was very knowledgeable and repaired our water heater ( he didn't try to sell us a new water heater!) and outside faucet. Highly recommend his services!

Called Danny’s for a leaking pipe. He said he was too busy and hung up on me! I thought maybe it was an accident so I called back and as soon as I identified myself he hung up again. So very rude and unnecessary. Do not call him. We got excellent service from aEidemiller.
